People who provide some of the best health, education and community services in the world are HESTA members - and we are proud to serve them. **Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact** **The opportunity** Anticipating the requirements of the business, this role acts as a strategic advisor, partner and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives and the People and Culture (P&C) team to drive superior workplace relations management and deliverables across the business and positively impact culture. With a collaborative and agile style, this role will lead, manage, and undertake a range of complex, technical and/or highly sensitive ER/IR activities, whilst upskilling leaders and P&C team members in effective ER management practices. Our P&C purpose is "enabling excellence in our people" and this role plays an important part in ensuring a focus on WH&S through developing and implementing an organisation-wide WH&S strategy that includes targeted initiatives and programs that align to enable a safe and supportive work environment. **About you** As a seasoned senior ER specialist, you will be detailed in your approach while taking a 'whole organisation' focus. A visible operator and trusted expert to our leaders, P&C team and Executives, you will be commercially astute and a pragmatic thinker. Integrity, discretion, ER/IR expertise and insight as well as a demonstrated history of developing and implementing frameworks, systems, processes and practices in relation to terms and conditions of employment, consultation, dispute prevention and settlement, negotiation and influencing stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
