We are seeking an experienced trade-based coordinator / scheduler to join our team:

- A person who can work and communicate with all our staff, technicians, sub-contractors and customers.
- A person who is used to bringing together the ‘pieces of the puzzle’ to align the job needs, availability of resources, access to site, and necessary paperwork.
- Has proficient computer skills to create job cards for all new and additional works.
- Able to schedule short term and long term works so our customers are kept satisfied at all times.
- Ensuring accurate and quality work scopes so our technicians can carry out high level servicing.
- Deal with inquiries in a timely manner and follow up as required.
- Liaise and have strong customer service to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate schedules with technicians and Team Leaders to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Be adaptable and able to work in emergency jobs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous Scheduling or Coordinator experience
- Experience in simPRO Operating System or similar such software
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
- High level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving ability
- Also, it would be an advantage if you have previously worked for a Trade base company, especially a plumbing, electrical and/or pump company.
