**Job Overview**:
At Oporto, we are passionate about creating engaging content that connects with our audience and tells our brand story. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the execution of the brand’s social media strategy and content calendar and telling our brand story across all social media platforms. This brand-new, hands-on role requires you to bring your creative A-game and content-creation skills to life each day. **Please note some flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to manage social media activities and campaigns e.g. New Store Openings will be required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy & Planning**:

- Co-develop the brand Social Media Strategy to achieve FY26+ brand goals and deliver FY26 content calendar.
- Strategize and plan organic social media approach with media agencies.
- Gain stakeholder alignment on Social Media strategy and content calendar.

**Content Creation**:

- Self-produce social media content (video & photography) in line with brand calendar and guidelines.
- Manage brief to execution process for Social Media led content production.
- Manage daily social media activities across all platforms, focus on Tik Tok & Meta and ensure content aligns to brand guidelines.
- Build ongoing relationships with social media influencers and content creators.
- Work with the internal studio team, Franchisees and restaurant teams as needed for content creation.
- Manage annual content production budget and invoicing.

**Community Management**:

- Lead process for social community management working with Social Media agencies.
- Build community engagement whilst adhering to brand guidelines and be the point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report on key social media metrics across all platforms.
- Measure content performance and adjust approach/strategies based on insights.

**About You**

**Essential**
- Passionate about all things social, obsessed with storytelling online
- _Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or a related field preferred_
- Minimum one year experience in Social Media or Content management role or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of social media platforms, current trends and best practices.
- Ability to interpret social media insights and metrics.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborator able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Desirable**
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
