Here's what you'll get to do

• Create and own content
  across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube—short-form video, photography, blogs, landing pages, and more. You'll see the impact of your creativity in both community engagement and customer growth.
• Work with ambassadors and influencers,
  coaching them to create authentic content that feels real (because it is). You'll become the go-to for turning everyday stories into powerful brand moments.
• Run the content calendar
  end-to-end, balancing creativity with commercial impact. This is your stage to experiment, test, and refine what works.
• Collaborate across teams,
  from marketing to community management, giving you exposure to leaders and building skills for your next career step.
• Use insights, not guesswork.
  You'll track performance, learn what resonates, and adjust your strategy—developing an analytical edge that will set you apart in future leadership roles.

What you'll bring on day one

• 2–3 years of creating content that performs (portfolio required).
• Hands-on skills in short-form video, design, editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Lightroom), and copywriting.
• Passion for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Reels) and using scheduling tools like Sprout Social.
• Confidence managing ambassadors, influencers, or content creators.
• A creative eye for design, visuals, and storytelling.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands.
• Bonus points: experience with Shopify or in eCommerce, health, or fitness.
