Copywriter and Social Media Specialist

Think Creative Agency is a well-established and very successful, Sydney-based Creative and Digital Marketing Agency. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented copywriter who has social media skills to join the team.

Working closely with the Senior Account Directors, you will have a high level of autonomy and creative freedom to develop super engaging written content including social posts.

Our clients are predominantly B2B so experience developing content for B2B audiences is vital.

We are looking for someone who loves what they do, shows initiative, collaborates well within a team and continually brings new ideas to the table.

**About You**:

- You are an amazing, super creative, copywriter with the ability to write for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Able to write both long form and short form copy plus social posts
- Min 5 years writing experience with at least of 3 years of B2B writing experience
- In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Ability to write engaging content, blogs and lead magnets, eDMs and SEO content.
- Proficient in using Photoshop or Canva
- Experience creating a regular content publishing schedule across all channels (nice to have)
- Experience developing relevant content topics to reach target customers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Journalism, or related field
- Must have native level or excellent written and spoken English.
- Good research skills
- Good working knowledge of copy structure for all platforms

- Working with the various account managers to develop super awesome content and copy for their campaigns to drive engagement, leads and sales
- Posting content across organic social media channels
- Research for SEO content, web content
- Write content for brochures and flyers
- Write content for brand projects

**Initially this is a part time with a view to full time.**

**Salary is based on experience so please outline your salary expectations.**

**You must have full working rights in Australia. This is not a hybrid role, not 100% remote, we do not sponsor part time positions.**
