**The Role**
The Office & Despatch Administrator is responsible for coordinating office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance with company policies.
This role is required on a part time basis (28.5 hours per week) to support the **Bendigo** site with various administration tasks. Including but not limited to, purchasing, data entry, liaising between sales and production teams and to assist the despatch operations as required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance to company policies.
- Effective management of day-to-day administration tasks.
- Efficiently and effectively manage both employees and external stakeholders
- Accurately maintain internal databases, in a timely manner
- Accurately of saving and uploading documents
- Prioritising task to fit with the organisation’s requirements
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Preferred but not essential knowledge of Melbourne & its surrounding area, Bendigo and regional Victoria
- MS Office experience mandatory
- Customer Service skills
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
