To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an
**OMT Manager** to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Operations Director,** you will lead the OMT project team in the delivery of business improvement and operational excellence initaitives that position Arrow Energy to meet future growth and return value to the shareholders by optimising workforce effectiveness to deliver OPEX savings

This is a Brisbane based position and will require regular travel to our field operations.

**In addition, you will**:

- Have responsibility for the ownership and implementation of the:

- Operations & Maintenance Philosophy
- Operations Management System
- Operations Competency and Assurance program
- O&M Continuous Improvement Framework
- Facilitation of the Operate Board
- Engage with Operations leadership, and their teams, to understand operational and maintenance improvement priorities and align the OMT program to deliver against these.
- Resource and manage the OMT team to deliver program delieverables on time and budget.
- Work in collaboration with the ICT organisation to define the O&M Enterprise and Solution Architecture requirements
- Ensure OMT Program initiatives align with, and support, the wider organisation CEO Transformation project and ICT roadmaps.
- Accountable for managing the OMT Program OPEX and CAPEX budgets and adhering to Approval for Expenditure guidelines

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to lead and influence high performing-teams with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
- Strong CSG or unconventional experience is a key requirement, preferably with experience in Operations and Maintenance Management roles;
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement modern / best practice operational business processes and the technology and people capability required to support them;
- Broad technical and operations leadership experience in oil and gas industry, including understanding of the business and commercial aspects;
- Well versed in asset management systems and related management processes;
- Proven experience in supporting and leading asset transformation programs; an experienced change manager
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
