We currently have an opportunity for **Zero Harm Operations Manager **to join our team. This role is designed to elevate our Zero Harm practices across all business unit and will sit within the Centre of Excellence. This role will focus on driving excellence in health and safety support, acting as a strategic partner to the Heads of Zero Harm, who understand and service the needs of each Line of Business.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our health and safety practices; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

**What you’ll bring**
- Formal health and safety qualifications / Health and Safety Assurance Qualifications and a Business Management Qualification.
- Extensive practical experience in health and safety.
- Advanced capability in organisation, prioritisation and delegation of work across portfolios.
- Experience in delivering to a broad variety and volume of stakeholders and clients.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and multiple deliverables within given timeframes. Experience in operational management of health and safety teams.

More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
