**The Role**

Arborcraft tree services is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of divisional manager of the consulting division..

This senior role will be responsible for providing quality service outcomes to our valued customers with successful, safe and smooth delivery of high-level customer service activities.

You will have a passion for providing exceptional staff and customer relations.

You will also have a strong understanding of report writing.

**Key Accountabilities**
- HSEQ - strong internal focus and adherence to requirements and expectations
- People Management - coaching, mentoring & developing internal staff and field employees
- Financial Performance - identify opportunities to enhance & maximise growth across the consulting division.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships
- Compliance - monitor internal controls to ensure the division is in line with company expectations
- Leading and mentoring experienced and in training consultants
- Collect data and produce reports.

**Essential requirements for this role**
- Minimum Cert 5 in Arboriculture
- Driver's licence
- A passion for tree care
- Punctuality
- Well presented
- Vaccinated
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Highly motivated
- Strong computer skills

**Salary**: $90,632.12 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Arboriculture: 1 year (required)
