**About the role at ING**

As our **Digital Analyst**, _internally known as a Customer Insights Analyst_, you’ll be

responsible for analysing online behaviours of customers and driving optimisation in Customer Interactions activities; ensuring key stakeholders have comprehensive analysis to properly utilise our digital estate.

You’ll produce comprehensive analytics and deliver appropriate visualisation and presentation techniques to key stakeholders providing intuitive and actionable insights

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
