**Strategic Initiative Leader - Investment Management**

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Management team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Act as a thought partner to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on strategic initiatives, priorities, and organisational planning.
- Lead, oversee, or contribute to strategic projects to ensure achievement of team and business objectives.
- Manage the office of the CIO, including people leadership as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the CIO and internal teams, fostering strong and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Optimise the CIO’s time and workload by managing meeting agendas, briefings, and priorities.

**What you need to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in business, economics, or a related discipline (preferred).
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a professional services organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in organisation, stakeholder management, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and people management skills.
