**Corporate Development Leader**

Join our dynamic team at Mercer Super as a Corporate Development Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development initiatives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and exceptional communication skills to help us identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

**What you need to have**:

- 15+ years of work experience in a professional services environment, ideally in client service, sales, or proposal management.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced knowledge of MMC products and services, with a deep understanding of superannuation issues and solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level.
- RG146 compliance and relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
