About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a high calibre People Business Partner to join our Corporate People team. Reporting to the Director People - Corporate & Compensation Services, you will partner with high profile client groups to help achieve their business outcomes and strategic goals. You will lead the full suite of HR generalist activities and solutions that will drive a continuing high performing & customer-centric culture. Through effective business partnering and an ability to coach senior stakeholders, you will help develop and lead a wide variety of HR programs & projects across IT Transformation, Succession planning and engagement within our Corporate functions. You will support change initiatives in line with the TGE strategy and be able to identify strategic people issues & design and deliver effective solutions.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant field
- Professional / IT transformational experience in a complex environment
- Must have car to travel to sites - Altona North, Tullamarine, Braeside and the CBD
- Significant experience in championing change with transforming environments
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of influencing skills
