Corporate Business Partner

**About the Role**:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a **Corporate Business Partner** based at our headquarters in Notting Hill, Victoria.

As the Corporate Business Partner you will primarily partner with the Olympus corporate departments. The Corporate Business Partner (CPB) will provide timely and robust commercial support to the back-of-house areas of the business. This support will include, but not be limited to,
- Corporate budgeting and forecasting,
- Business case simulations,
- Commercial reviews and analysis,
- Bespoke cost tracking/reporting and analytics,
- Contract management governance,
- Power BI (PBI) development,
- Aligning FTE/Headcount with financial management.

The overriding focus of the role is to add value. Its evolution is strongly linked to the growth in the Olympus Australia New Zealand business and increasing regionalisation, with greater emphasis on accountability, transparency, and business partnering with local, regional and global stakeholders.

Reporting to the Commercial and Planning Manager, this role forms part of the Olympus Australia and New Zealand Finance team.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a supportive and proactive business partner with intellectual competence across business needs. To be considered for this role you will have:

- CPA/CA qualification
- Experience in Commercial/Corporate partnering roles
- Proven Business Partnering experience
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
- Attention to detail, advanced Excel skills and Commercial management
- Intermediate Power BI skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit to identify and help efficiency gains for the business
- Proven ability to build business cases and financial models
- Good working knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills with internal and external customers
