**The opportunity**
As a Finance Business Partner, you will manage a portfolio which includes UniSuper’s enablement functions and work as part of an experienced Business Performance & Insights team.

It is imperative that this team drives a centre of excellence and becomes the trusted partner to all business areas in measuring and driving business outcomes. As a support to this team, you will be responsible for:

- Driving change and delivering insights to support actions for better business outcomes
- Taking carriage of Consolidation Reporting
- Managing information to ensure BUs are best positioned to achieve their planned financial outcomes
- Organisational budget and forecasting

**About you**
As a successful Finance Business Partner at UniSuper you will have previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within the financial services and/or banking industries.

You will have gained experience partnering with varying business units and stakeholders and your analytical, interpretive, communication and problem-solving skills will shine through. In addition to this you will possess:

- A challenging mindset, an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- CA or CPA qualifications
