**FireMate** is a pioneer in the fire protection industry and we’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team.
**Your role will be to...**
- support the global sales team to maximise outcomes for FireMate and our clients
- provide assistance to the Global Head of Business Development in all things sales
- collaborate with your FireMate colleagues
- exercise and enhance your skills, knowledge and talents
**Your responsibilities will include**
- receiving leads via phone and HubSpot and arranging appointments for the sales team
- conducting warm calling to potential prospects
- arranging and participating in appointments and product demonstrations (and leading these in the future)
- following up with prospects, issuing proposals and quotations
- liaising with customers and prospects through their lifetime with FireMate
- representing FireMate at trade shows and industry functions to develop sales opportunities and acting as a positive FireMate ambassador
**We’re looking for someone...**
- who brings their best every day
- who wants to improve their work performance and be coached
- with a successful track record in Fire or Service and Maintenance industries or software experience would be great, but not mandatory
- with 1-2 years success in a sales support role
- who has proven experience with building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
- who approaches their work the ‘FireMate Way’ (honest, fair, amicable), and always takes responsibility
- with a flair for communicating (written, face-to-face and online)
- with the drive to grow and develop - you’re ambitious, results-oriented, resilient, tenacious, positive, and determined
- with a sense of humour and experience in communicating through gifs and memes

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
