Analyst Software Developer

**What you will do with us**

You will play a key role within XPON Technologies as an Analyst Software Developer, and will be dedicated to the software development process, including the research, solution architecture design, programming, and testing of browser based software, in particular related to the Analytics function of our clients. Your focus is to ensure our enterprise customers are delivered high quality services and engagement outcomes.

You will be focused on working in our software development team to provide customized software solutions to clients, including:

- Understanding project requirements and choosing an appropriate technology that is best suited for the project.
- Writing high quality code using PHP, Node.js, and JavaScript following programming best practices and quality standards
- Undertaking quality assurance testing and debugging of the programming code, modify the existing code as required and documentation of the changes and improvements.
- Participating in daily stand ups to discuss progress of the client software projects allocated for a 2-week sprint cycle (using Agile Methodologies).
- Participating in Work in Progress meetings with clients to discuss project progress and provide implementation support and advice to clients based on the released development specifications.
- Conducting system integration testing and system performance testing prior to deployment.
- Carrying out software deployment process and migration process along with other team members.
- Conducting regular reviews of the existing systems and configurations, documenting areas of improvement, and presenting the findings to the client.
- Working closely with clients and responding to client support requests on technical issues related to the projects including software system design and maintenance.
- Creating, reviewing, maintaining and updating technical documents/reports, system programs and end user documentation.

You will bring strong analytical and problem solving abilities, and be literate in technologies and systems including Git, mySQL, PHP, React, Node.js, JavaScript, and G-Suite.

You will have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will have a Bachelor degree level or above in Computer Science, Technology or similar.

- Strong front-end development skills
- Experience with REACT
- Accreditation in one or more analytics products
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles

- Analytics platform experience
