Our contact centre is looking for an experienced **Data and Insights Analyst** to assist IMB in continuing to provide improved business performance, customer satisfaction and product development. This is an ideal opportunity for a data and numbers enthusiast looking to make a difference and wanting to work with a supportive and innovative team.

**About the role**
- Collection, integration, analysis and reporting of data from various sources eg customer feedback, web analytics and internal databases
- Perform in depth analysis using various statistical and analytical tools and techniques
- Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate results and insights to different audiences
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Maintain knowledge of emerging best practice developments in data analysis and visualisation
- Assist with forecasting & scheduling to predict upcoming workload
- Rostering and resource planning.

**About you**
- A Uni degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in a business context
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualisation tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data and insights in a clear and compelling way to different audiences
- Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and validity
- Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explore new possibilities with data
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to be able to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to team success
- Workforce management skills.
