Camden Council is seeking four enthusiastic and dedicated Parking Officers to be part of our new Parking Team. Reporting to the Team Leader - Parking, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, accessibility, and amenity of Camden’s streets and public spaces.

In this role, you will:

- Enforce parking regulations in line with legislation and Council policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to the community.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and evolving team.
- Contribute to protecting and enhancing the amenity, safety, and wellbeing of the Camden community.
- Work over a seven-day roster which will include weekends and public holidays

Essential:

- Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to use electronic devices (eg, Fine issuing devices, mobile phones and computers)
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Understanding and commitment to WHS and EEO principles.

Desirable:

- Experience working in a regulatory role
- Local Government experience
