**Our Client**

Our client is a property group that act on behalf of their clients (major financial and government institutions and Trustees) to facilitate property disposals and acquisitions across Australia

**Duties**

Working in a high-vibe office of ambitious and passionate young professionals, your role is essentially to manage a portfolio of Trustee clients who are generally looking to dispose of or downsize in property.

You will research & facilitate the choice of Real Estate agent, suitable fee and coordinate the property preparation for sale. Tasks will include:

- Liaising with stakeholders - lenders, trustees, solicitors, real estate agents, valuers and tradespersons on a regular basis
- Prepare and organise a sales tender for trustee clients for each property sale along with a written recommendation
- Liaise with Real Estate agents and Trustee clients throughout the entire sale process (tender to settlement) and ensure that communications are transparent and timely
- Assess and provide the best property solutions for the best outcome of the property sale for the client

**Specific requirements**

They are seeking an energetic individual with minimum 3 years’ experience in property and are happy to consider backgrounds ranging from repairs & maintenance, property coordination or property management. They will support and train staff, but we need to start with someone that truly wants it.
- Impeccable customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (and comfortable on the phone)
- Great multi tasking, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to think analytically and use initiative
- Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Describe yourself as ambitious and hungry, with a desire to progress to management in the future
