**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Consumables Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all consumables from suppliers through to Stores, either direct or via our DC. You will support the management of end to end relationships with third party providers/suppliers, to ensure our team is set up for success. You will maintain adequate stock levels of all consumable products in our supply chain, as well as support the approval process of new/additional consumable products and requirements. If you are someone who excels in planning, organisation and time management and is passionate about supporting the operational rhythm of a business, then this role could be for you.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Self-motivated with great time management and organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Ability in managing day-to-day administrative duties
- Proven ability to make confident decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders
