Our Managed Service product family includes our flagship Managed IT Services which incorporates the adoption of our team as an organisations IT Department as well as our co-managed products which enables organisations to supplement an internal team with specialists who focus on particular elements of the IT environment. Examples of our co-managed solutions include our Managed Security Services, Managed Network Services and Managed Endpoint Services to name a few.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Owning the product marketing plan for our Managed Services product portfolio, from ideation to launches, campaign reporting, budget management, and working with the supporting vendors where required to leverage marketing development funds.
- Work with product management to understand key features and benefits for each component of our offerings and identify our unique selling propositions.
- Execute data-driven marketing activities and embed value propositions to drive product penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction in line with our business objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to develop and provide feedback on insights.
- Deeply understand the needs of our five target customer segments combined with competitive offerings available in market to drive product positioning that supports those needs. In addition, the positioning should clearly articulate the problems it solves.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of marketing qualified leads.
- Manage all B2B marketing channels and collateral, including the website, blogs, SEO, social media, advertising, PR, EDMs, print, and video.
- Act as a thought leader for our Managed Service products, including performing speaking engagements, written works and customer meetings.
- Understand, train and support our sales channels
- Aligning all creative pieces to our brand guidelines, ensuring our brands appearance and integrity is maintained through all marketing touchpoints.

You’ll come to us with:

- A few runs on the board, with 3+ years' experience in digital or product marketing preferably in the B2B space;
- A love of planning, process and data-driven marketing in a fast paced and agile environment
- Great communication style, able to liaise with stakeholders from all functions, at all levels
- Strong project management skills, from concept to execution
- Capability to look at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens, a test-and-learn mindset, and outside the box thinking
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to draw insight
- A sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels, to drive acquisition, engagement and retention
- Friendly, approachable and have good relationship management skills

**Success Factors**
- Experience in a similar role as a Product Marketing Specialist for an IT Services company.
- Technical understanding on how the product suite functions for the customer
- Understanding on how to successfully engage IT Vendors to deliver effective Marketing Campaigns.
- Proven success in the ability to craft product value propositions and messaging.
- Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and tact
