Onside’s check-in software connects rural businesses and people and helps to deliver operational efficiency, enables worker safety and provides valuable data to revolutionise biosecurity. Backed by both private and public investors, the business is scaling rapidly and seeking high performing individuals to help power its ANZ and global expansion.

**The Opportunity**

Our marketing department is central to the ongoing success of Onside and continues to play a critical role in enabling us to reach our ambition to power the world’s biosecurity. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a great team, a great company, with an awesome culture.

You are an insights-driven and customer-obsessed product marketer. In this role you’ll build, scale and own our product marketing function by feeding market insights, evolving product messaging and positioning and launching products to the market. You’ll have a successful background in communicating product value, scaling recurring product revenue and increasing product adoption and lifetime value.

**Requirements**:
**What you will do**
- Define and execute the product marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Head of Product
- Continually drive a research-driven view of the market, competitors, customers and product to make sure we meet market needs, remain competitive, evolve the product roadmap and provide value to customers
- Work with the product team to evolve personas, value props, positioning and messaging and empower the team to tell a consistent story to customers and our industry
- Drive the GTM strategy by aligning marketing, sales and product activities that generate a network effect across audience types
- Use product experience tools like Pendo to analyse product usage data, communicate with customers and gather feedback, to inform decision making and increase feature adoption
- Lead the end-to-end product feature launch process across content, channels and comms and measure success through feature adoption and engagement metrics
- Unlock opportunities to drive recurring revenue growth through optimising conversion rates, building referral programs and upsell and cross sell campaigns
- Create product collateral including sales enablement, website content, presentations and FAQs
- Regularly report on product marketing performance and the impact on key business metrics
- Act as a the voice of the customer to create a seamless customer experience from onboarding to advocacy
- Develop a deep understanding of the agriculture sector, competitive positioning and customer pain points and behaviours

**The skills and experience you will bring**
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing or similar
- Solid product marketing experience, delivering product growth in a fast growing SaaS company
- Expertise in crafting compelling stories through messaging and positioning
- Expertise in market, customer and competitive research
- Strategic thinking with a growth mindset, and the ability to balance customer value and commercial growth
- Experience using Pendo a big plus
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and ability to work with a dispersed team
- High degree of initiative, resourcefulness and accountability
