It’s a varied role, ranging from supporting our marketing and business development efforts, enabling our ongoing recruitment and team culture efforts, through to system administration and office management.
We offer the chance to be the “go-to” person, to be across all aspects of how the business runs, ensuring effective use of systems and acting as the initial escalation point for any issues, helping to deliver on events and optimising work practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Reporting to the COO and working with our senior leaders, you will make sure our processes, our platforms and our culture keep pace with our growth

**About You**
We’re looking for someone with a general understanding of how a typical office environment runs. We’re not a huge corporation with lots of specialised departments, we need to turn our hands to whatever needs to be done.
As our Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our Managing Director, Alex, while ensuring the efficient functioning of our office operations. Your role will be diverse, encompassing both administrative and operational tasks, and will require exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ideally you should;
- Have a desire to learn.
- Bring strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Enjoy a fast paced, busy sales environment
- Want to take the initiative, fix problems and focus on continuous improvement.
- Align to working in a for-purpose environment, helping to improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable individuals across Australia.
Experience in administration, project coordination, office support or operational roles would be valuable, and any previous experience of working in a sales environment, particularly recruitment, will stand you in good stead.
