**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are offering a Corporate Receptionist and Administrator position within our Corporate Team, based in our contemporary offices in Brisbane. Reporting to Corporate Executive Assistant, you will support the branch with in-house reception duties, a variety of administrative tasks, meeting coordination, inbox management and events.

Where no day is the same, this is a great opportunity to represent Gallagher Bassett and to broaden your experience into a role with variety and exposure to our Executive teams.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage the branch reception, both with greeting visitors and directing in-bound calls;
- Coordinate travel bookings, reimbursements and reconciliations, etc;
- Undertake general office and administrative duties;
- Assist with the development of presentations and packs for the Corporate team;
- Create regularly written communications for the business such as business updates and newsletters.
- Monitor and report all building maintenance issues and support with resolution where required
- Provide back office support including assisting with office events and other duties as required

**We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team, who will have**:

- Significant experience in Reception and Administration;
- A friendly and helpful attitude, and well-presented;
- Highly-developed organisation and communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising a variety of Microsoft packages
- A strong sense of team, and hunger to contribute to broader business initiatives;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
- An enthusiastic and ethical nature, with strong commitment to internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as our GB values.
