**About the job**:
Initially you will be heavily involved in the implementation of Dayforce, working with the project team to build your system knowledge and play a key role in ensuring data and reporting integrity for our launch From there the role will be responsible for managing the day to day system support, configuration and reporting requirements.

In the role you will:

- Serve as Dayforce HRIS Subject Matter Expert and provide first level support for all user and system integration queries, escalation and coordination of any third party resolutions
- Perform routine maintenance processes, quality assurance and problem resolution (troubleshoot, analyse, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies) in partnership with IT (IDAM integrations) and Systems vendors
- Support the implementation and roll out of Dayforce
- Support the Reporting and Analytics work in identifying people reporting required and working with our partners to ensure these reporting capabilities are built and available for Go-Live
- Work with the relevant vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure successful data extraction, cleansing, construction, mapping and conversion
- Perform analysis for system improvements and assist and participate in system test design, system testing and support of the user during transition stages to oversee adoption and ease of use
- Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and quarterly releases

**This role can be Melbourne (Docklands) or Adelaide (Kensington) based

**About you and your skills**:
You have demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting a HRIS and reporting capabilities.

You’ll also have:

- Exposure and experience with Dayforce would be considered favourably
- Experience in HRIS system design, development, process mapping, documentation and user support
- Experience in the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and training
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify problems, resolve defects and implement root cause of corrections
- Strong focus on end-to-end processes and relationship to system automation
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of business, both with internal and external Stakeholders
- A strong data and reporting background with a key focus on data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, who can work in a fast pace under tight deadlines and time constraints
