Job Description
We're looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Operations team, to support our diverse business in this core, hands-on role. You'll apply your expertise across P&C policies, processes, systems, and administration to support our people.
You will collaborate with P&C colleagues and line managers across the business to deliver key functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and contract management, remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, and system implementations.

Responsibilities
- Be the voice of People Operations and deliver clear, timely, and helpful communication through our People inbox — resolving queries and guiding employees to the best outcomes.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth, consistent, and compliant with reporting requirements.
- Provide accurate advice and guidance on People & Culture policies and processes.
- Manage employee and position data — ensuring our records are up-to-date, reliable, and ready for reporting.
- Partner with Payroll -Collaborate closely to ensure seamless people processes.
- Lead and support updates to our HRIS, contributing to smarter, more efficient ways of working
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications or built strong expertise through hands-on experience.
- Approachable, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Analytical and solutions-focused, you enjoy solving problems.
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or HROnboard would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a People and Culture role where you've supported business areas with practical advice and guidance.
- Previous experience in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards.
- Previous experience in generating reports and dashboards and performing analysis on the data would be beneficial
