**The Opportunity**

We're on the search for a passionate and experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our people services team in a permanent role. Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of our payroll processes.

Your focus areas in this role will include:

- Identification, development and implementation of process improvements, with a focus on automation
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations, compliance framework initiatives and HR improvements
- Leading audit and compliance framework initiatives, investigations or improvements across HR, Time & Attendance, Leave and Pay
- Supporting Payroll and HR Operations in the resolution of queries, issues and incidents where required
- Working closely with stakeholders across People & Culture to communicate findings and improvements

**About you**

You are passionate about continuous improvement and love understanding and solving complex problems. You’re results oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of delivering high quality work. You have experience operating a similar regulated environment and have a deep understanding of compliance frameworks, HRIS systems, and industrial relations laws and practices. You are proficient in data management and analysis, and you are able to use your skills to make informed decisions.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly competent in managing large scale projects and initiatives
- Ability to manage large data sets in excel with complex formulas
- Strong knowledge of Success Factors, Workforce Solutions and SAP Payroll
- Strong understanding of Australian workplace relations laws
