We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate production of our shower screens and wardrobes, meeting our high standards of quality. **Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble components for shower screens and wardrobes.
- Follow manufacturing guidelines and specifications to ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
