Our continued growth sees a new opportunity for a full time position for practical and motivated factory operator to join our team. William Russell Doors prides itself in producing high quality customised doors to meet the expectations of our customers. The successful person will be someone who has the right attitude, expereince and is keen to join a successful business and help us to continue to grow.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong attention to detail ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results driven with a desired to get the job done.
- Ability to work independently (once trained) and in a team environment.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communicator and willing share new ideas.
- Flexible and keen to learn new skills.
- A strong work ethic and is reliable and punctual.

We are looking for a team member with the following skills;
- Focus on safety above all else in their work, with a strong record on safety.
- Competent at following instructions.
- Experience in grading rough sawn timber in a variety of species
- Experience in working with timber, including working with hand tools and power tools.
- Quality control of work to ensure quality finished products.

**Experience**:

- 2+ Years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of working with timber products is prefered.
