A new and exciting position has become available for our client based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Your new role**
You will be working in a small knit team, completing duties such as:

- Preparation and follow up of project documents for signing and submission, such as insurances, contracts, invoices, sponsorship, advertising etc.
- Organise meetings, site visits, interviews, presenters and event collateral
- Organise travel, accommodation, transport, catering and venue hire
- Manage office staffing requirements, liaise and supervise staff on role requirements, co-ordinate and authorise timesheets for submission to fortnightly payroll process
- Manage calendars and organise meetings with staff and other stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and manage supplier contracts, statutory compliance requirements and records
- Order office supplies and ensure resources are well maintained
- Liaise with building contractors/suppliers as required to ensure smooth operation of building services and the office

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Demonstrated experience working in an office environment
- A valid working with children’s check, employee
- Proficiency in the MS Office Package
- Excellent communication skills: both verbally and written with excellent telephone manner.
- High level of attention to detail
- If you are team player with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, this will be paramount to this role as well as having a friendly and positive personality.
