**The Organisation**
Our client is a market leader in the traffic control and signal space and in recent times has experienced rapid growth within the business as they continue to build upon success that has been had in the past. As a direct result they are seeking an individual to come on board in the accounting space and join their team as an Accounts Administrator, reporting into the financial controller.
**Position Description**
The role will consist of several differing duties that will be required, but exclusive to the following:
- Daily processing of invoices
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Chase purchase orders from branches
- Various administrations duties
- Assist with queries from internal and external stakeholders
The successful applicant will have proven experience in previous roles that are similar, as well as the following attributes:
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
- Ability to multitask with strong organisation skills
- A positive upbeat nature and excellent time management skills
