**About the Client**:
Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) are the key promoter, developer, and leader for project managers in Australia. AIPM works towards improving the knowledge, skills, and competence of project managers by providing continual professional development, networking opportunities, information, advice, and professional insurance.

**About the Role**:
The Head of Development and Member Experience reports to the CEO and forms a key member of the leadership team. In this role you will lead the development and execution of the product and member experience strategy for AIPM, with a focus on driving the education and professional advancement of members and supporting AIPM’s ambition to drive excellence in the project management profession in Australia.

**About the Person**:
You will be a senior leader with proven experience in developing and driving a membership and education strategy ideally within a peak body or member association. You will be commercially astute and technically minded. You will be an innovative thinker who can empower others and collaborate effectively to deliver first class training and education to the project management sector.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Develop the vision and roadmap for education products and membership services
- Develop and deliver AIPM’s flagship certification product (RegPM).
- Deliver a suite of education and professional development products and services in collaboration with selected partners through endorsed courses
- Leade the Member Support Team, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience that supports customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Develop strong external partnerships and internal collaboration to deliver against the strategy

**To be successful you will have**:

- Degree qualified with leadership experience in training, education and/or professional advancement
- Executive leadership experience with exposure to working with the CEO
- A strong track record of leading people, building customer centricity and driving open, inclusive, and collaborative engagement
- An understanding of how to leverage systems and processes to drive member value and positive commercial outcomes
- Experience in driving innovation and leading through ambiguity
