Melbourne, Australia Munro Footwear Group Full time

We currently have an opening for a **Procurement Coordinator** to join our dynamic Merchandise team. Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader you will be an integral part of the coordination of the Order Management and Procurement within our Munro Footwear Group brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating International Purchase Orders and the management for selected brands and/or suppliers. Creating Purchase Orders and sending them to suppliers
- End-to-end management of the delivery schedules and follow-up order confirmations, to ensure they are confirmed within an appropriate timeframe
- Assisting suppliers with queries and communicating confidently with various departments throughout Munro
- Responding to queries from the Wholesale and Merchandise team on Purchase Order queries, including deliveries
- Liaising with the Logistics Team to assist with shipping queries, where required
- Assist the Finance Team with invoice queries
- Supporting all administration within the procurement team function to ensure best practice
- Working in a deadline-driven environment and assisting the Procurement Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step into the exciting footwear industry and work in our head offices in Abbotsford. You will be given training on all aspects of the role-specifics to our ERP system and procurement system. To hit the ground running, you will have these skills and experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within a retail or logistics environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various projects and tasks in a timely and confident manner
- You are action-focused, love organising, multi-tasking and can easily work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You are familiar with the retail environment and have an interest in learning more about the procurement function
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel and Word. Ideally have exposure using an ERP such as M3, (would be an advantage)
- You enjoy building rapport with other team members and can work in a proactive style according to the business requirements and needs
