**About the Role**

A Procurement Coordinator is required on a fulltime basis to join the Procurement & Supply Chain team based predominantly at our Mount Waverley office.

The purpose of the Procurement Coordinator role is to ensure that Procurement delivers the best value to key stakeholders as well as assist in the development of the overall Category strategy and roadmap. The role requires a strong customer-focused culture that influences a positive business partnering approach.

This role is part of the development of a revamped Procurement function and has the opportunity to influence and shape outcomes. The function is in its infancy and this role will assist in establishing foundational capability and build credibility with stakeholders.

The Procurement Coordinator will assist in the strategic and tactical sourcing function working closely with team members.

**Role specific expectations**
- Develop an understanding of the business environment in which TTI operates, understands its goals and how Procurement activities help achieve organisational outcomes
- Assist in the development and implementation of category and procurement plans and initiatives for sub-categories, based on agreed customer needs and priorities that maximise value. Experience in Marketing is essential
- Ensure the business has timely supply of goods and services by sourcing a variety of items as required and provide support on all aspects of procurement activities that may be required to support the wider team
- Track and report on orders and pricing and assist with month end reporting
- Assist in the proactive management of supplier performance scorecards, collaborating across the business
- Engage and influence negotiations with vendors and customers to deliver positive, sustainable relationships through a business partnering approach

**About You**
- Proven experience working in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation
- Work experience and knowledge of general procurement services and practices across marketing categories will be highly regarded
- Sound communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, vendors, and clients alike
- The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and accurately manage multiple projects
- Exhibit relationship management and conflict management capabilities to guide the company-vendor relationship
- Proven ability in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing timelines
