**Job Description**:
We currently have an opportunity for a confident and professional Warehouse Manager to lead one of our dynamic and customer focused operations in Port Adelaide. As the Warehouse Manager your role will be to direct, coordinate, supervise and meet service objectives of the customer. You will also be responsible for leading the operations team to ensure outstanding results are achieved whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for the operations function so that it has sufficient resources to achieve its agreed objectives.
- Manage the cost of service delivery within an agreed budget whilst achieving agreed service level KPI’s
- Driving a strong safety culture throughout the site and ensuring HSE is embedded in the operation and included in all decision making
- Motivate and lead the operations team to achieve high standards of performance, coaching and mentoring individuals and identifying development needs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change programs with the goal of further cost reductions and continuing service level improvements.
- Review customer contract performance and forecast against initial budgets, and devise strategies to improve performance

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated achievements in an operation management role within a warehousing environment.
- Experience within Mining or Oil and Gas Environment would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated achievements in service delivery, cost management, team leadership, quality and process improvement.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain business operations with ability to work across multiple stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to consistently deliver outcomes through others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
