We're seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Adelaide facility.
If you're currently a Warehouse Supervisor ready to move into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll play a hands-on leadership role, contributing directly to supply chain success and customer satisfaction.
About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: Promote a safe work environment and actively lead WH&S initiatives Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety, performance, and development Oversee pick/pack and replenishment functions Ensure timely fulfilment of sales orders in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Manage credit returns and respond to internal customer needs Identify training needs through skills gap analysis Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment Be hands-on and involved in daily operations About You Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and delegate A professional, punctual, and proactive approach Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement Solid understanding of WH&S practices Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS, and freight systems Strong stock control and warehousing operations Ability to work independently and perform under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn, adapt, and share knowledge in a team environment Why Access Hardware?
