The Warehouse Supervisor position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct regular toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Manage stock control, including slow-moving stock and inventory discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight companies.
  • Maintain and improve warehouse layout and presentation.
  • Report on warehouse performance and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing principles and safety practices.
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage warehouse reporting systems.
