**Pre owned Vehicle Sales Manager - Campbelltown Area, Sydney**

Our client is a luxury automotive dealership located in the Campbelltown area of Sydney. They are seeking a hands on, selling Pre owned Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
To help oversee the day to day operations of the Pre owned Sales Department including the preparation of monthly management reports, overseeing expenditure and budget achievement, and mentoring sales consultants.
- Identify and prospect new retail customers from within our primary marketing area
- Understand the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes
- Build rapport, forming long term business relationships
- Lead and undertake all aspects of the sales process, from prospect through to delivery.; and assist less experienced sales consultants
- Promote a subset of company products and services ensuring successful introductions to Car Care and Finance & Insurance
- Attend various business and industry events as required.

**Experience**
- Previous Automotive Sales experience essential, with demonstrated leadership skills within a retail environment
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred, but NOT essential.
- Sound administrative and organisational skill sufficient to oversee administrative aspects of the Department
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sound computer skills and a proven ability to maximise output from available databases
- highly professional approach, together with a proven strong work ethic
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate sales personnel to ensure the achievement of targets
