**About the Role**

**New Vehicle Sales Manager** will provide leadership, direction, and training to the sales' team in their area. The role will emphasise on management, training, and coaching of their sales’ team to achieve results and deliver excellence.

Further duties will also include the fostering of a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment and ensuring monthly sale KPIs are attained.

**What the role entails**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the Sale’s team.
- Manage and review sales team with regards to monthly sales targets
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meeting with sales’ team.
- Assist in the development of advertising work campaigns and other promotions.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment.
- Attend managers meetings as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and build positive workplace relations with all stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry
- 3- 5 years experience working within a Sales role
- Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- C-Class current driver's license
