**Your new company**
Assist Victoria’s rising health developments with this professional services Agency. Due to a current member transitioning into a 12-month secondment with a partnering division, there is a vacancy available as an experienced Communications Coordinator to work from central Melbourne office.
**Your new role**
You will be supporting the Communications strategy and will be responsible for a large portion of Communications writing. You will be required to address various projects for Department’s stakeholders and maintain relationships. With no two days the same, your duties will include:
- Internal and external newsletter content production
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support
- Act as point of contact to the internals’ Communications Team
- Prepare and maintain research materials for communications procedures
- Liaising with internal Directors and Executives to produce letters and materials on their behalf
- Providing expert advice on procurement and policy procedures
**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll have experienced a fast-past Government Department prior to applying, that can best demonstrate your abilities and knowledge as well, knowledge with relevant systems such as SharePoint, Mailchimp and Microsoft Suite. Preferred knowledge in the health industry will allow you to jump straight into your new role and provide the ability to translate complex documents to the relevant audience using both formal and informal communication strategies.
