An opportunity as the new Marketing & Communications Coordinator in a NFP organisation in Melbourne CBD.

**Your new role**
As the new Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will:

- Provide support to the team content calendar, forward planning opportunities for story development, events and campaigns: procuring information on key activities from across the organisation.
- Produce and distribute content that promotes services, corporate information and client outcomes across multiple channels.
- Establish quality relationships with staff and clients across the organisation, to facilitate promotion and awareness of services and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for the development of new and relevant content from across the organisation and within the Marketing & Communications team.
- Copywriting, editing, production and distribution of high-quality content.
- Manage the external e-newsletter including the writing and collation of content, review, development and distribution using Pardot.
- Manage the intranet site, including content uploads, site upgrades and improvements.
- Event co-ordination and organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar Marketing or Communications role
- Excellent writing, proofing and editing skills
- Event co-ordination experience
- Ability to create engaging content for a variety of channels and stakeholder groups
- An understanding of issues within the disability services sector and the NDIS
- Experience developing Easy English and plain English communications
