We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to take the lead on content creation and community engagement. This is an opportunity to bring your passion for marketing and creating content within a supportive and growing company. You’ll support the marketing team to engage with and nurture our audience through a variety of marketing activities.

**Working with the Marketing & Communications team, tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Manage and grow social media channels
- Produce marketing content and collateral for external channels including; EDMs, advertising, social media, website, and PR.
- Coordinate external PR activity, including the renowned Australian Awards for Excellence in Women’s Leadership.
- Administration and coordination of marketing activity as required by the team.

**Ideally, you have the following**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business
- At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, self-management, and accountability
