**About the company**
Boutique is working on behalf of a client in a large Marketing/Communications agency that strives to create world class customer experiences for their clients.

This client will also consider at 4 days a week

**About the role**
This is a newly created position to support the CEO. Your role will be to provide high level support across business initiatives across growth and marketing strategies, engagements and events involving senior executives, prospective and current clients, influencers and the companies global community.

**Key Responsibilities**
Your main focus to provide exceptional support to the CEO to ensure the smooth running of their day:
**Executive Assistant**
- A company ambassador and role model for others in terms of energy, optimism and drive, helping to build, drive and echo our culture in support of our brand.
- Managing the smooth and efficient diary of a busy CEO ensuring that he/she is on time and armed with the correct information in advance of any meeting or call.
- Planning any travel for the CEO, Managing all the correspondence and administration, including some personal work for the CEO
- Creating and producing presentations for the CEO, Preparing a daily list of follow up/action items
- Managing expenses where necessary for the CEO
- Drafting communication and correspondence as and when required for the CEO
- Desk research and project initiatives as directed to support CEO

**Office Management**
- Oversee and manage any office maintenance
- Manage budget of office supplies, including stationary, food front of house coordinator.
- Corporate card management - timely management of reconciliation of monthly payments
- Ensure employees adhere to office policies and procedures
- Maintain and develop the office culture by driving and participating in Culture Vultures
- Manage social and fundraising events
- Travel booking for employees including travel itineraries, accommodation and transfers
- Manage employee and gift budget and register for
- Ad-hoc requests by management team on occasion.
- Oversee new starter/leaver process with People Coordinator and Front of House staff
- Assist in facilitating and arranging agency and client events and parties
