**About the brand**:
Our client is an Australian-owned family business which values environmental sustainability and conservation in the production of their essential oils and skincare products. The stores are a sanctuary for the senses where customers are provided with a nurturing, relaxing space.

**About the role**:
As the Store Manager you will oversee a team of 5 in the QVB store, occasionally overseeing the Bondi boutique also. Your role will be to share your product knowledge with team & customers, as well as drive your store to achieve exceptional sales results.

**About you**:

- Knowledge and passion around aromatherapy, naturopathy and skincare.
- Proven experience leading and driving a team in a boutique store environment.
- Strong, people focused leader with experience in rostering, sales and customer service.

**The benefits**:
