Due to our expansion, we have a Store Manager role available within a leading Department store located within Sydney CBD.

**About the Role**

An opportunity now exists for high energy, retail passionate Store Manager on a Full Time basis.

Reporting directly to the NSW/ACT Regional Manager you will:

- Supervise the daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members at all times.
- Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
- You have a sound background in people management and have a proven track record of developing your team's skills set.
- Strong retail Store Manager background is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
- Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.
- Experience in the lingerie industry preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
