**About the company**

A leading Australian, womens footwear retailer who values teamwork and customer service, putting people at the centre of everything the business does. This brand has been dedicated to producing high quality, fashion leather footwear since 1998. With 32 stores Australia wide, the business is looking for a leader to join the high quality, fashion forward brand.

**About the role**

This role is based in the Sydney CBD boutique, where you’ll be supporting and leading a team of up to 10 to success achieving and exceeding targets and KPI’s. There is great opportunity for successioning within this growing brand, with strong supportive training and development plans set in place.

**About You**
- A proactive leader who will lead a team to deliver high standards of service, sales and operational excellence
- Has strong integrity and takes initiative, working well in a team environment to build a successful and dynamic team
- Great communication skills, with experience in visual merchandising and experience working within a high stock volume environment
- Passion and knowledge of current, leading fashion trends
