This global retailer is a big box leader in fashion, accessories & more They deliver on providing the customer with a convenient and inspiring shopping experience, whilst remaining conscious of cost and sustainability solutions.

We are looking for a Manager to lead our Flagship Sydney City store. You will be experienced leading a large operational business, whilst driving a people first culture. You will be entrepreneurial and analytical to have a commercial impact in your store.

Your team will be a key focus - you will inspire growth, development and ultimately staff retention and successful results. Beyond this position, your career aspirations will be supported, offing you further potential within the retail industry.
- **Proven record of working within a fast pace environment and able to manage large volume of stock.**:

- Apparel and **BIG BOX** experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
- Deliver the ultimate customer experience to continue brand awareness and success
- **Passion for people** - both your customers and your team
- Ability to identify and develop on individual skill sets as well as providing support and training
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all team members
- Ability to execute Visual Merchandising directives
