What will you do?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enablement Consultant who is passionate about the intersection between people, process, and technology, and excited to challenge of working on some of the most exciting and transformative projects across the world.

As the Digital Enablement Consultant, you will work alongside our clients and assist them to procure, manage and leverage digital asset information and data across their asset lifecycle. As a key member of the Enablement Team, you will help drive transformation for our clients, injecting innovation and providing guidance through best practice expertise.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients with assets spanning horizontal and vertical infrastructure, resources and manufacturing, water and the natural environment. You will also be key to the implementation of the Aurecon Digital enablement solutions and Sustaining Capital initiatives, where we are leveraging our knowledge of data to transform our client’s asset management capabilities.

Leading from the front, you will hold strong communication skills, with the ability to share your knowledge, coach, and mentor project delivery teams, including those less technically competent.

What can you bring to the team?

Technically as the Digital Enablement Consultant, you will understand Information management. This includes:

- An understanding of international digital and Information Management Frameworks e.g., the UK BIM Framework, Digital Twin initiatives in Australia
- Awareness and knowledge of Information Management standards suite e.g. ISO 19650 and wider local standards.
- Good understanding of Information Modelling and best practice information management
- Sound understanding of Building Information Modelling and Digital Engineering
- An understanding of the importance of a Common Data Environment, its design and structure, including the use of collaboration and information management workflows and associated BIM specific processes

Additionally, you will have a good understanding of digital engineering technologies and competencies (Computational Design, Asset and Information Modelling, Visualisation, Geospatial). You will be digitally savvy, a self-motivated, creative and a future thinker.

Lastly, you will showcase your strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude and importantly a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment. You will be able to effectively liaise with clients, contribute to winning work and help develop key client relationships through excellent communication skills.
