Digital Marketing Specialist

**About the role**

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of Digital and Tradiational Marketing experience, looking for their next big role to lead the Performance Marketing engine of a well-established brand.

**Position Description**
- Setting up and run integrated digital marketing campaigns, positioning Aussizz Group as the go-to Migration and Education partner for onshore and offshore markets
- Performing Traditional marketing responsibilites as well such as attending events during weekends
- Strategizing and implement engagement and retention strategies including customer feedback analysis, client development activities, upsell and cross-sell funnels, offline events, and promotions
- Developing an understanding of Migration and Education offerings with the help of our consultants and Leadership team
- Planning and Implementing a brand strategy and marketing plan
- Being the brand guardian with on-brand creatives, communication, and voice across all campaigns and assets
- Planning the marketing roadmap and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Planning, developing, launching, and optimizing all paid digital platforms to drive inbound leads and trial acquisition
- Optimising ongoing campaigns through improving targeting, bidding, audiences, creatives, ad copy, extensions etc. and report wins and learnings
- Monitoring, measuring, analysing, and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns with key metrics like lead source, CTR, COA, ad performance etc
- Analysing website and content for SEO - share actionable items with the Tech team
- Managing the budget of marketing communication activities and evaluate effectiveness to limit non-value-adding spending
- Working closely with SEO, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver excellent marketable products
- Building brand awareness of the company with always-on brand campaigns, product campaigns, and ideas like event-based marketing, collaborations, region-specific marketing

**Qualifications (Essential)**:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing or a related field

**Skills & Experience (Essential)**:

- Demonstrable experience (minimum 2 years) in delivering high-quality marketing solutions with positive, measurable results and a key focus on digital marketing
- Experience in planning and executing new product launches and/or increasing brand awareness of existing products and services
- Experience in the development and implementation of digital communication strategies along with website and social media management
- Strong analytical skills are needed for conducting marketing activities on social media platforms and plan customised approaches for campaigns on each of these platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems
- Extensive experience in content-led marketing and paid Marketing across multiple platforms including social media advertising and Google Ads (AdWords)
- **Work requirements**:Must have full working rights in Australia
- Australian Drivers Licence (desirable)

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
